FRANCISCO DUARTE

CEO / CTO

CEO (chief executive officer) and CTO (chief technical officer) of Pavnext. He is graduated in Electromechanical Engineering (BSc and MSc) and has a PhD in Transportation Systems, where he has developed a technology to convert vehicles kinetic energy into electricity. He is a researcher in the pavement energy harvesting field since 2010, having multiple patents and papers in this area.

JOÃO PAULO CHAMPALIMAUD

CFO

Co-founder and CFO (chief financial officer) of Pavnext. He is graduated in Business and Economics, having 10+ years experience in the business consultancy and venture capital industries. He is also founder of Intercapital, acting as a business angel as well.

SÍLVIA SOARES

CDO

Co-founder and CDO (chief design officer) of Pavnext. She is graduated in Design (BSc, MSc and PhD) and a researcher in strategic design, focusing on how design can be used to improve society, to promote human and environmental health. She coordinates the design and communication departments at Pavnext.
